Welcome to 2020!

After a very successful 2019, Ormond Junior Football Club will be taking our Girls Footy Program to the next level in 2020. With new initiatives and a greater focus on our Girl’s Footy, 2020 is set for our biggest year yet.

Core Principles

To ensure the continual development and growth of our Girls Footy Program, we have 3 core principles in place:

Safety - Our coaches are dedicated to ensuring our girls learn the skills to stay safe when playing and enjoying the game
Inclusion - Our teams are created from individuals of all skill sets, that are celebrated and developed to their maximum potential
Values - Our club is a values-based club focused on teamwork, resilience, sportsGIRLship, respect, discipline and community

Girls Development Program

Ormond JFC is committed to developing young females and their passion for footy. In 2019 Ormond JFC launched their Girls Development Program which was a huge success. In 2020 the club's development of our girl’s program includes expanding professional coaching for girl’s teams along with upgrading club change room facilities to accommodate our growing female player numbers.
